With over 21 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, Xavier Archbold is a seasoned professional known for his strategic insight and operational expertise. His career spans senior roles in mid-sized and large logistics organisations, consistently driving growth, efficiency, and innovation.
As an independent consultant with Charlie Delta, Xavier supports 3PLs and logistics users across strategic network analysis, sales development, and ESG-aligned operational optimisation. Previously, he led the On-Demand Warehousing division at EV Cargo Limited, scaling it to £7 million in turnover and managing over 100 3PL partners for high-profile retail and government clients. His earlier leadership roles at Wincanton and other firms reflect deep expertise in business development, tender management, and account strategy.
Xavier holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath and is a Cranfield Business Growth Programme graduate. Fluent in French and highly analytical, he delivers customer-focused, flexible solutions with measurable results. Based in Leeds, he continues to champion excellence and innovation in logistics consultancy.
